I offer a free initial consultation (phone, online or in-person). We will agree on the goals, schedule and structure going forwards. The sessions are tailored to your needs. I will explain the modalities available to you such as DBT<\/a>, ACT, CBT or EFT. My training and experience ensures that you will feel supported and heard throughout. I may also signpost you to other services if relevant. Remember that I am bound by confidentiality and the NCPS and BACP codes of ethics. I am fully professionally insured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
