Therapist in Southampton – Hello!

If you’re looking for counselling in Southampton and/or online, find out more about me and get in touch. My name is Dr Mike Hoffman and I am a psychotherapist in Southampton and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. As a counsellor, I work with adults and young people who want to better their situation, regardless of what it is, and without judgement.

Sometimes we may feel so low that we lose hope, but a therapy professional like myself will enable you to find solutions you didn’t know existed. I am a qualified integrative and humanistic counsellor, and also offer many styles of talk therapy, for example CBT therapy, DBT, counselling for men, psychodynamic approach, couples therapy (relationship counselling), Gestalt, and other modern therapies. Let’s have a chat and discuss! I offer a free initial consultation.
