Coaching for ADHD and HSP
Neurodiversity recognises that there is a broad spectrum of ways the human brain can process and perceive the world. It’s not a condition in need of fixing, but rather a natural variation of human experience. I believe in validating and celebrating these differences, which can include traits associated with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and HSP (Highly Sensitive Person).
- ADHD: Individuals with ADHD may experience challenges with attention, organisation, and impulsivity, but they often thrive on creativity, problem-solving, and spontaneity. In coaching sessions, we’ll focus on practical strategies to manage time, set achievable goals, and navigate everyday tasks more effectively.
- HSP: If you identify as a Highly Sensitive Person, you might notice that you’re more deeply affected by external stimuli or emotional experiences. We’ll look at how to set healthy boundaries, manage overwhelm, and harness your empathetic strengths without sacrificing your well-being.
By integrating elements of CBT, mindfulness, and person-centred approaches, I aim to help you embrace your natural strengths, build resilience, and create a fulfilling life that honours your unique way of experiencing the world.
