Dr Mike Hoffman is very patient and eager to listen, to understand, and proactively engage with his patients. He has helped me to understand and navigate my thoughts and feelings better, and he has helped me to gain self-confidence. After each session, my mind feels clearer and like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. In my opinion, these are important signs that tell you if you're seeing a good therapist and the right one for you. We have been seeing Mike for a few weeks now and can't recommend him enough. Mike creates a safe, welcoming environment where we both feel comfortable enough to open up. Mark has been incredible for my daughter and I, allowing a joint session for us and then 1-1 appointments for her. He has offered to be able to cure my daughter’s attachment disorder and her anxiety. She has had 5 sessions so far and I’ve seen a huge improvement in her mental health, he has helped repair our relationship and helped us communicate through the difficult subjects. She is now confident enough to attend the gym and he has changed her life. I would highly recommended Mark, he really shows he cares, he knows exactly what to say and how to help. Mike Hoffman is a brilliant counsellor. He works in collaboration with his clients and with great insight is able to get to the route of core issues. He is experienced to work with a range of clients with different life issues and does so in an empathetic way. I honestly can’t thank Mike enough for the support he gave me. When we first started the sessions, I felt totally stuck in a rut and wasn’t sure where my life was headed. Mike has this great way of helping you reflect on life without ever making you feel judged.
